Welsley Reeh

Attorney, Partner

Welsley is a licensed Texas Attorney who throughout her career, has earned a reputation of representing clients with vigor and grace–always being mindful of each individual's needs. 

Welsley graduated two years early from the University of Texas at Austin with a Bachelor of Arts in International Business & Global Studies. Following her time at UT at Austin, she attended South Texas College of Law where she garnered several awards and accolades, such as the National Finalist of the St. Johns School of Law Alternate Dispute Resolution Triathlon in New York City, as well as Finalist and Best Advocate in Mock Trial competitions.  In recognition of her work, she was selected for inclusion in Texas Lawyers as among the youngest to graduate from a Texas law school.

Aside from Welsley's academic achievements, her experience includes working at commercial litigation firm Baker & Patterson, LLP, whose clients included HEB Grocery Store, Six Flags Fiesta Texas, and Zachary Construction. Welsley also accepted a position for in house counsel for the Fortune 500 energy company MAN Diesel & Turbo North America Inc. where she regularly prepared and negotiated several high value contracts. 

Welsley met and married, husband and local Fredericksburg rancher, Travis Reeh of Reeh Brangus, which led her to ultimately put down roots in the Hill Country. 

When Welsley isn't in court, you'll find her spending time with her children, volunteering in the community, or cooking something delicious in her kitchen. 

ROBERT SCHWING

Attorney, Partner

Robert is a licensed Texas attorney from Houston, Texas, and attended Wake Forest University in North Carolina for his undergraduate degree where he earned his Bachelor's Degree in History. While at Wake Forest he was a member and officer of the Kappa Alpha Fraternity. Before attending law school, Robert was a licensed real estate agent and worked in farm and ranch realty due to his passion for the outdoors.

Robert graduated Cum Laude from South Texas College of Law in Houston. His experience includes working for Main Street Capital for in house legal department reviewing private equity deals as part of their legal team, as well as Grundy & Associates in Houston where he focused on assisting royalty owners manage their mineral interests across the state of Texas. 

​Robert joined the team in 2022 and primarily focuses on representing clients in  complex commercial, real estate, and construction litigation matters.

When Robert is not assisting clients, he enjoys hunting, reading, listening to Dan Carlin's history podcasts, and being outdoors. 

LUIS HERNANDEZ

Legal Assistant & Client Care Specialist

Luis grew up in Stonewall and has a passion for serving the Hill Country. While employed by Reeh & Schwing Law Firm, he has gained valuable knowledge and experience in Business, Probate, and Property Law as well as Wills, Estate and Trusts. Luis assists the attorneys in preparing clients for court and excels in client communication. When Luis is not ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the office he is spending time with his family, Jasmine and Karson. ​
